1.2 This Privacy Policy applies to: individuals who register for and use WiiZ during the beta phase; and representatives of organizations who access WiiZ as part of the Beta Programme.
1.3 By using WiiZ, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use WiiZ.
2. Who We Are (Controller)
2.1 For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Estrel AI Ltd, incorporated in the DIFC, is the data controller of personal data processed in connection with WiiZ, unless stated otherwise.

3. Personal Data We Collect
We may collect and process the following categories of personal data during the Beta Programme: 3.1 Registration and Account Data (Name, job title, organisation, country/region, Email address and contact details, Account credentials); 3.2 Usage Data (Log-in/log-out times, session duration, pages and features used, Device and technical information); 3.3 User Content (Any content you choose to upload, input, or submit to WiiZ. Important: As the platform is in beta, we strongly recommend that you avoid uploading highly sensitive personal data); 3.4 Feedback and Communications (Feedback, bug reports, feature requests, surveys, or responses you provide); 3.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies (We may use cookies or similar technologies to support login, security, and analytics).
4. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data for the following purposes and legal bases (where applicable):
4.1 To provide and operate WiiZ (Beta)
- Creating and managing your account
- Authenticating users and securing access
- Enabling you to use available features and functionalities
4.2 To improve and develop WiiZ
- Analyzing usage patterns and performance to detect issues and improve stability
- Using Feedback and User Content in anonymised or aggregated form to enhance models, workflows, and features
- Testing new features and configurations

5. Data Minimization – Upload Guidance
5.1 Because WiiZ is currently in beta, certain security, governance, and compliance controls (including data residency, retention, and classification policies) are still being implemented and refined.
5.2 Accordingly, you agree to:
- Limit the personal data you upload to what is strictly necessary for testing;
- Avoid uploading special category data (e.g. health, biometric, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs) or other highly sensitive information;
- Avoid uploading confidential data that is subject to strict contractual or regulatory obligations, unless this has been explicitly agreed in writing.
5.3 We may delete or anonymise data that appears to be inappropriate or excessively sensitive for the Beta Programme, at our discretion and without notice, to protect both you and us.

6.1 Service Providers
- We may use carefully selected third-party service providers (e.g. cloud hosting providers, authentication services, analytics providers, communication tools) who process personal data on our behalf and under our instructions, subject to appropriate contractual protections.

8.1 We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. 8.2 Because WiiZ is a beta service: we may retain certain logs, usage data, and Feedback for a limited period to analyse performance, improve the system, and ensure security; we may periodically delete or anonymise User Content uploaded to the platform as part of system maintenance, testing, or at the end of the Beta Programme. 8.3 We may retain certain records for longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.9. Security
9.1 We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.
9.2 However, you acknowledge that:
- No system or transmission over the internet is completely secure; and
- As a beta service, certain security and compliance capabilities are still being improved and may not yet meet a full production standard.
9.3 You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure;
- Promptly notifying us if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Depending on applicable data protection law, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
